Where do you fit in?

Mahalo,

There are many types of options when selecting a “vegetarian diet”. Listed below are some options that I am aware of.

  1. Vegans are people that do not eat any kind of animal or animal derived products of any kind including eggs, honey and dairy.
  2. Ovo-Vegetarians are people that do not eat any kind of animal and dairy, but do consume eggs.
  3. Flextarians are people who eat mostly non animals during most of their meals, but do eat animals ever so often, as well as eat animal derived products.
  4. Lacto-Vegetarians are people who do not eat animals or eggs, but do eat dairy items.
  5. Lacto-Ovo Vegetarians are people who do not eat animals of any kind but do eat dairy and eggs.
  6. Pescatarians are people who eat any kind of sea animal but do not eat beef, poultry, pork or animal derived products such as dairy, eggs (not including fish eggs) and honey.

I fall under the Flexatarian diet for I am a Pacific Islander and my other half is a Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian. What kind are you?

Ciao,

Odeliza Jacoba
