Being a Vegetarian Expat and Loving it!
Hola Chicos,
Welcome to my vegetarian cooking site. If you are one of the very few people that moved or is temporarily living in a country other than your own that is a vegetarian or vegan, congratulations you’ve discovered that being a vegetarian or vegan is a little tough.
Fortunately for you you don’t have to survive as a vegetarian or vegan clueless any longer. You can enjoy your eating preferences and enjoy life as herbivore just by doing a little cooking. Yes cooking! Easy recipes, fun pictures, and crazy commentaries are all free and available on Ode Fusion.
I searched the Internet for sites that offer ideas on how to make “meatless alternatives; chicken seitan, home made tofu, home made soy milk, and more. The information was vast, but limited to parts of the globe that offered Asian grocery stores and Vegetarian Specialty stores. Especially South American countries, so that is why I decided to scout out food products and places to shop, translate them all from Spanish to English and share it for other vegetarians and vegans out there.
All of these helpful information and tips are completely FREE!
No catch, nope, nada.
With my experiences as a professional personal chef and sous chef, I can share with you how to streamline your meals, tips on the quality of food products, and quick and easy ways to recreate your favorite flavors minus the meat. I have a passion for wonderful vegetarian and vegan dishes that I love to share with anyone and everyone who’d like to know. All I ask is that you take all my ideas and make them your own, enjoy, and share with others.
Be healthy, have fun, and eat delicious vegetarian and vegan food in your new country!
So welcome, take a look around, and interact. And remember, I am always listening, feel free to make your inquires and comments as a registered guest.
Ciao
