A typical lunch day in Uruguay

Mahalo Chicos,
Often times we eat at in, I like to prepare dishes that are as balance in carbs and protein as possible. A typical dish goes something like this:
1. Steam vegetables with extra virgin olive oil dressing freshly ground sea salt and black pepper corns.
2. Tofu
3. Rice
This dish is mostly Asian inspired because I added a bit of hot soy sauce and some left over home made vegan pot stickers.
