I miss cheddar cheese, the sharp flavor that adds the perfect touch to my veggie burgers and home made mac and cheese. You can find Uruguay’s version of cheddar cheese at Disc Super Mercado in Punt Caretas Mall. If you know how cheddar cheese is suppose to taste like you may probably think Uruguay’s version can use a little bit more umph! But if you are desperate for variety and cheddar than it might appease your tastes buds.
