Island Flavors with Sam Choy’s Spicy Soy Marinade
Mahalo Chicos,
I’ve prepared Island flavored for so long that I believe its time to give credit to where credit is due. Sam Choy’s Island Flavors is an awesome cook book brah! I have the first edition and am proud of it not only for the content but because its the first book I have ever owned that is the official first edition. Not to mention he is ‘hapa hapa’ just like me; his mother is German and his father is Pacific Islander and Chinese just like mine. Cool dude.
Here is one of my most favorite recipes of his that implement in my cooking.
